Repair Process

While completing thousands of repairs on many devices we have found that most repairs fall under 3 categories.

• Walk-in repairs (Same Day)

• Standard Repair(1-5 Business Days)

• Extended Repair (1-2 weeks)

Same-Day Repair

We carry most common device parts which allows us to offer same-day repair services on thousands of phones, tablets and computers. Typically this includes battery replacements, screen repairs, charging port replacements, phone camera repairs. Generally most same day repairs can be performed in 1-3 hours from the time of drop-off. We accept drop-offs during our Business Hours.

Standard Repair Service* (1-5 Business Days)

If a device needs slightly more work and/or awaiting a part delivery this is the category it would fall under. Common repairs would include: DC Jack repair, Laptop screen replacement, most microsoldering repairs, iPad repairs and anything that has been ordered from our vendors which may include any overnight deliveries. Some less than common models such as Motorola and Google Pixel & Samsung Galaxy may be included in this service timeframe.

Extended Repair Service* (1-2 weeks)

For any device that we have to acquire parts from an outside vendor or is something that involves much more troubleshooting would be what we consider an “extended repair.” Rarely do we have devices in for repair as long as two weeks, but this accounts for Nonbusiness days and any delays in shipping. Some drone repairs may be included in this service timeframe.

*Most repairs are done within the earlier part of the estimate, but occasionally things take longer for reasons out of our control, and as such the time frame should include this.
